Warranty, depending on furniture type, ranges from 12 months from purchase date subject to proper use under normal conditions.

The company processes returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the "Law on Consumer Rights Protection".

Return and Exchange Terms

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods by the buyer.

Reverse delivery of goods is arranged by agreement, but always at the customer's expense.

Return Conditions for Goods of Proper Quality

The buyer has the right within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, to exchange for a similar item or return the purchased goods (furniture) if the packaging is undamaged, factory labels (tags) are intact, the item has not been used, not assembled (installed), its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and there is a sales receipt issued to the buyer with the goods.

In accordance with the "Law on Consumer Rights Protection", the company may refuse the consumer to exchange and return goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current "List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange".
