     Furniture is shipped disassembled in the manufacturer’s original packaging. Each package is labeled with its number, color, and product name. All items from the TM “NEMAN” catalog are delivered either to Nova Poshta’s freight warehouse or to the customer’s building entrance.

IMPORTANT! Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer may check the completeness and integrity of all components and must also check the integrity

PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE RULES at "Nova Poshta"

   1. When receiving your shipment, make sure you have been handed over all parcels/places listed in the waybill, which must be provided by the operator or courier.

IMPORTANT! If the goods arrive in a wooden crate, Nova Poshta staff must remove the crate at your request so you can inspect the items. Inspection is carried out only in the presence of a Nova Poshta branch employee.

   2. Always check all boxes for damage, signs of opening, dents, etc., that may have occurred during transportation.

IMPORTANT! Furniture is classified as “fragile” cargo, so be sure to open the outer packaging to check for mechanical damage caused by improper transportation. If you do not have time to open and inspect the item at the Nova Poshta branch or in the presence of the courier (before you sign the waybill), any further responsibility for the condition of the goods rests with you.

   Your order is insured for 100% of its value. Until you receive the goods and sign the waybill confirming receipt, full responsibility for the integrity and safety of the shipment lies with Nova Poshta.

   If any damage is found, be sure to take photos and request that a Nova Poshta employee prepares a “Cargo Acceptance/Transfer Report” (couriers must also have it), and refuse the shipment.

   When you collect the parcel, you sign the waybill, confirming that the goods were received properly.

   If you accept the goods at Nova Poshta without checking for damage, we reserve the right to refuse compensation, returns, or replacement of the damaged product. All costs of repair, replacement, restoration, etc. will be fully borne by you.
