Warranty for TM “NEMAN” Furniture

   The warranty period depends on the type of furniture and starts from 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the furniture is used correctly under normal conditions. During the warranty period, we will repair manufacturing defects free of charge; if a defect cannot be fixed (decided on a case-by-case basis), we will replace the defective part.

   Before assembling the furniture, the Buyer must inspect all parts for defects (chips, scratches, and color consistency of all elements). If any defects are found, stop assembly immediately, as furniture parts showing signs of installation are not eligible for return or exchange. Please keep the original factory packaging until assembly is completed, as defective-part replacement is carried out only in the original packaging.

   The warranty becomes void if the part to be replaced has already been installed or there are clear signs the part has been used—for example, screws were tightened, holes were drilled, or a mirror/glass was installed. If a defect is detected, please report it by the phone number indicated on the sales receipt. After assembly, keep the sales receipt and the packaging labels until the end of the warranty period.

   Claims are accepted only if a sales receipt is provided, along with the product itself (or the relevant parts) and in the “original packaging”. If the above requirements are not met, claims will not be accepted. Claims resulting from incorrect assembly (performed by the Buyer), delivery and carrying (performed by the Buyer), or improper use are handled at the Buyer’s expense.

The warranty does not apply if:

• Furniture usage rules and operating conditions were violated.
• Restoration or repair was performed by the Buyer independently.
• The furniture was damaged by pets, fire, aggressive liquids, or shows signs of careless use.
• The Buyer modified the product design or components.
• The warranty period has expired.
• The defects were reported to or known by the Buyer prior to sale and the Buyer received an individual discount for them, as well as defects for which the selling price was reduced.
