The company processes returns and exchanges of non-defective goods in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days after the customer receives the goods.
Return shipping is arranged by agreement.
Return conditions for non-defective items
The Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) days—excluding the day of purchase—to exchange the purchased item (furniture) for an equivalent one or return it, provided that the packaging and factory labels/tags are not damaged, the item has not been used, has not been assembled/installed, its original appearance and consumer properties are preserved, and the Buyer has the sales receipt issued together with the goods.
A replacement (or refund) will be refused if:
- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the item subject to exchange/return
- the item is no longer considered new (i.e., it was assembled), or the original packaging/factory labels were damaged. These conditions are set in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation and do not limit the Buyer’s legal rights.
Color and material accuracy
Colors of materials (panels, beds, dressers, etc.) shown in our catalog may differ from the actual color, as color display depends on your computer monitor’s capabilities and settings.
The online store administration reserves the right to make changes to the configuration, construction, and color shades of products that do not affect their primary functions or intended use.
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, the company may refuse an exchange or return of non-defective goods if they fall under the categories listed in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
